Baking doesn't have to be about using lots of sugar and butter to create delicious results- there are plenty of delicious alternatives to try too. Over 3 hours we will be learning how to bake carrot cakes with sugar and dairy free creamy frosting, using natural sugars and alternative grains. Following this up we will be baking fudgy sugar free brownies (no one will ever guess it is refined sugar free!) and finishing with sticky toffee puddings with caramel sauce... and yep, you guessed it- no sugar or gluten in sight!
This class shows you how to create tasty baked goods without compromising on health; More and more people are realising that they have intolerances to gluten, sugar and dairy but that shouldn't mean they miss out on delicious treats!

Everything made in class will be boxed up and taken home along with recipes from the day, and we will be discussing the benefits and different qualities of using alternative ingredients to achieve delicious results that will help from a both dietary and nutritional perspective! Please note that we will be using nuts in this class.
