Offering the perfect first step into baking, this class will guide you through the fundamentals of baking a range of sponges and sweet goods, including different decorating techniques and theory of cake making.
Over 3 hours, you will be baking a classic brown sugar spiced carrot cake with cream cheese frosting layers, individual lemon drizzle loaves with glace icing and fluffy blueberry muffins.
Our classes are very informal but well structured, taught in small groups for maximum experience. There will be lots of hands on baking, overseen and demonstrated by the teacher. At the end of the class you will take home everything made entirely by yourself, in addition to recipes from the day.
